How We Share Information
WHRC does not sell or rent your personal data. We may share information:
• With vetted service providers (payment gateways, email/SMS platforms, cloud hosting) bound by confidentiality obligations.
• With banks, auditing firms, or regulators to satisfy Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) and Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) requirements.
• With law-enforcement or courts when legally compelled.
• With event co-hosts or partner NGOs, only where you have registered for joint programs.
• Internally among authorized WHRC officers strictly on a need-to-know basis.

Data Retention
• Donation & financial records: retained for 8 years in accordance with India’s Income-tax Act.
• Membership and position-related records: retained while your affiliation is active and up to 5 years thereafter.

We securely delete or anonymize data when retention periods expire.
